Meditation

Meditation is a valuable tool that can take us far beyond relaxation: it can provide clarity, space, serenity, acceptance, openness and harmony with others and true happiness. Meditation needs to be learned from people experienced, that rely on a philosophy and meditative practices of proven validity.
